How do I register?
Create an account or login by clicking on ‘Login/Register’ in the site menu and filling out your number, user name and email.
Verify your number/email to login to your Landifa website account and apply for trading status by clicking on ‘My Account’ in the left navigation panel then ‘Settings’ > ‘Tier Verification’ and finally ‘Submit Verification’. Fill out all the information on this page and click on submit button at the bottom of the page.
Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive notification of the result via email. If your application is rejected, you may resubmit if there was information missing.
Landifa can also choose to not extend services to whomever it deems an operational risk in accordance to our policies.
Where is my Bitcoin wallet on this site?
We DO NOT HOST ANY 'wallet software' on Landifa. Users input the receive address of their Bitcoin app when buying from us. Users send us Bitcoin from their own apps when selling to us.
How do I fund my Landifa account?
Fund your Landifa account by making an electronic fund transfer (EFT) deposit. The deposit details including your unique deposit reference code that is assigned to your Landifa account can be found by clicking the 'Deposit Fiat Funds' button on the 'My Funds' page. When the money is credited to your Landifa account you will receive an email notification and then you can use it to buy Bitcoin on the 'Buy' page.
How do I buy Bitcoin from Landifa?
- Go to the 'Buy' page and enter how much NAD worth of Bitcoin or vice versa you would like to purchase form Landifa.
- Enter the Bitcoin address or Lightning invoice where you would like to receive your order and click the 'Buy' button.
- Verify your order details on the following page and click confirm.
How do I sell my Bitcoin?
- Go to the 'Sell' page and enter how much NAD worth of Bitcoin or vice versa you would like to sell to Landifa.
- Verify your sell order details on the following page and click confirm.
- You will be shown a Bitcoin payment details on the following page containing a barcode easily scannable with most Bitcoin wallets, if you would like to copy the address instead then click on the 'Copy' button. If you prefer to pay via Lightning, use the drop-down menu in top right to switch to a Lightning invoice.
- When the Bitcoin you sent has confirmed into our wallet with at least 3 network confirmations, your Landifa account will be credited with amount quoted to you previously.
How much does Landifa charge for trades?
- Landifa aims to align with the rates found in the SADC region of ~5%. Landifa offers Bitcoin at the prices advertised on our website. Landifa’s algorithm adjusts the price every second. This price includes our operating margin inclusive of sending and receiving fees which is why Landifa does not usually charge sending or receiving fees.
- Landifa may in times of high fee markets opt to charge Bitcoin network fee costs to the users to ensure a timely turnover.
How do I add my bank account to my Landifa profile?
- Click on 'My Account' and then on 'Bank Accounts'. Add an account by clicking the 'Add a Bank Account' button and filling out the required details in the following page.
- To edit existing account details, click on the desired account you want to change and edit details accordingly.
- Only your banking institution, account holder name and number are required, please select any branch code.
How do I withdraw funds to my bank account?
- Go to 'My Funds' page and click 'Withdraw Funds' button, select amount you would like to withdraw to your account and click confirm.
- Verify your order details on the following page and click confirm.
How do I verify my account for eligibility to trade?
Go to 'My Account' > ‘Settings’ and click the 'Tier Verification' button and upload the required listed documentation. Once your documentation has been verified, trading features will be unlocked.
How do I change my profile settings?
Click on 'My Account' and navigate to the desired account setting to view or modify.
